Lianjie (Beijing) Technology Development Co., Ltd.
A cleaning-equipment manufacturer in Daxing District, Beijing, working since 2016. We build, assemble and test industrial scrubbers, sweepers, vacuums and pressure washers, and we supply selected imported lines for customers who standardise on them.
Manufacture, assemble, test, document
Our production is organised around configured orders rather than a fixed catalogue of stock machines. A customer who needs a 550 mm deck instead of 530 mm, a 60 Hz motor, a different brush hardness or a branded body gets that specification confirmed in writing and built into the machine.
That flexibility is why we can serve both a single-unit OEM order and a fleet replacement programme. It also means we do not publish claims we cannot document: where a certificate, test report or declaration is needed for your market, we tell you what we can supply and what we cannot.
- Working languages: English and Chinese, written quotations in English.
- Export packing and documentation prepared for sea freight.
- Spare parts and consumables quoted alongside the machine, not after the sale.
- Electrical configuration matched to the destination market on request.
- Selected imported lines supplied alongside our own models where a site standard requires them.
From requirement to packed machine
Requirement
Floor area, soil or debris type, power supply, working hours and destination port. We confirm the machine configuration in writing before anything is built.
Build
Assembly and electrical work in our Beijing workshop, with the pump, battery and control set matched to the configuration in the confirmed specification.
Test
Run-in and function check on every unit: brush and squeegee operation, vacuum performance, pressure and flow at the nozzle for washers and jetters.
Pack and document
Export packing with moisture barrier, packing list, operator manual and wiring diagram. Spare-parts kits are packed with the shipment when ordered.
Visit the workshop
Qingcai Road, Qingyundian Town, Daxing District
Beijing, China
Buyers who order fleets usually want to see the assembly line, the test bay and the packing process before releasing a purchase order. We host visits at the workshop and run video walk-throughs for customers who cannot travel.
Tell us the models you are considering and we will set up the machines for the call, so you see the configuration you would actually receive rather than a demonstration unit.
Own DIHAI models, plus the lines plants already standardise on
Most of the catalogue is built in our own workshop. For buyers who run a mixed fleet, we also supply selected imported lines so a single order covers every machine on site — with one technical contact and one spare-parts list.
